Such liability may to a certain extent be insured under Directors and Officers Liability Insurance (D&amp;O).<\/p>\n<p>The liability risks for the enterprise and its management govern the daily work of the corporate lawyer. Thorough knowledge of the insurability of prominent risks is crucial.
